Milestone was engaged to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for property planned for church and multifamily development in Charlottesville, VA. The report included a market study, a site feasibility analysis, development modeling and a detailed list of recommended action steps for the Board of Directors to consider. Milestone was also retained to identify and interview potential development partners for the project and assist the Board in negotiating a final JV agreement. More info >
$4.5MM 27 unit affordable infill senior apartment project in Woolen Mills area of Downtown Charlottesville. The project required both Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits.
