  • Oversee compliance of all close-out procedures
  • Oversee Punch-list Completion
  • Secure all Final Certificates (substantial completion, occupancy, etc.)
  • Conversion of Construction Loan to Permanent
  • Transition Owner from Construction to Operations
  • Facilitate Owner Move-in + Start-up
  • Coordinate FF+E procurement and installation
